Terms and Conditions of Use
By using this site, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use you should not use this site. Hyperformanceglassproducts.com and Hyperformance® Glass Products, LLC, (“HGP”) reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time without prior notice. By using this site, you agree in advance to be bound by all future terms and conditions.

Shipping

Due to the fragile nature of glass and to assure that you receive your HGP product intact, we have gone the extra mile in packaging.  Additionally, our pre-ship inspection assures that the all parts leave HGP's warehouse damage-free, and that is how they should be delivered.  However, damage is possible during transit.  We strongly recommend you inspect the package and contents prior to accepting the delivery, regardless of the condition of the packaging.

Fedex/UPS Ground or Priority

If you find your item(s) damaged, you MUST have the driver note the damage on the delivery receipt. If the damage is severe, please refuse delivery and call our office immediately - we will take care of the claim and send you a replacement.

By signing the delivery receipt, you are certifying that you have received your item(s) in good condition.  If you find the item damaged after you have signed and/or accepted the item and the damage was not noted on the delivery receipt, HGP may not be able to help you with a claim.  All damage claims MUST be reported to HGP within 48 hours of delivery.

LTL Carrier

Based on the size and/or weight of item(s) in your shopping cart, your order may be required to be shipped via "Truck Freight".  Please be advised that truck freight (LTL) requires a signature for delivery. The freight company will normally call prior to delivery.  Before you sign for any shipment, please inspect the contents of all boxes (even if there are no external signs of damage) in the driver's presence. Note ANY damage or shortage on the shipping company's bill. If the damage is severe, please refuse delivery and call our office immediately.  If damages or shortages are not noted before the delivery is signed for, the shipping company WILL refuse to pay the claim and HGP will not be able to replace the damaged/missing part(s).

Return Policy

HGP Windshields purchased through this site may be returned for a full refund, excluding shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee, within 30 days of delivery to customer. Returned parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging with all components, parts, and instructions. We cannot take back used parts, installed parts, or tried parts. HGP cannot be liable for catalogue errors or incorrect parts. HGP, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse to return any parts we find have been installed or used or do not meet the above criteria. Cancellations
Orders are immediately processed electronically for shipment after payment has been confirmed which means there is a very short window of opportunity for you to cancel your order. You should assume your order will be fulfilled and shipped unless you have received confirmation from us that your order has indeed been cancelled.
